Removed the midnight friction
Nora checked flight timing, child-seat needs, and whether the family wanted to speak to anyone on arrival. They did not.
Prepared the house
The host opened the house, placed groceries, checked the bedrooms, and sent one photo per room before boarding.

A beach walk and breakfast table were held lightly, with no deposit and no problem if everyone slept late.
